touch heal thrive

Friends, based on the latest information pertaining to this global health crisis provided by WHO and CDC, I am making the decision to temporarily close our doors until mid-April. The decision has been a difficult one, but I believe the right one. Despite heightened measures of sanitizing between clients, the reality is, any one of us coming through our doors can be asymptomatic at this time, exposing one another while we aren't in acceptable social distancing during a session.

So, as much as I believe massage is a stress-reducing comfort measure much needed in this time of concern and uncertainty, closing will be a more sensible part of the solution, potentially mitigating the demand of the overwhelmed medical community.

Thank you for understanding and reach out if you have any questions or if we can provide support.

In the meantime, as much as comfort foods are desirable, take measures to BOOST your immunity through decreasing inflammation with healthy food and drink choices (though a little wine won't hurt). Listen to the call to be one with nature - walks, bike rides, runs, fresh air may be one of the best things you can give yourself at this time, and actually, always.

“That was so incredibly healing. I am still amazed at how powerful the bowls were for releasing all of the toxic stress that has been trapped in that small space within my chest.”
